There you can search our knowledgebase or submit a support ticket. All support tickets are responded to within a 12-hour period within the business week (Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM Eastern Time). If you submitted a support ticket in which you don't hear from us within the given 24-hour period (barring that it is a business day), there may be a chance that reason #3 happened. In this case, please call us or re-submit another support ticket.
Please note that because of the high volume of calls we receive, you may be prompted to leave a voicemail. If this should occur, please do not hesitate to do so as we return calls in the order they are received. We do however respond to most support tickets usually within hours of receipt. Also note that orders placed online ship out quicker than orders placed by phone.
