For sore muscles, it is truely an amazing product that does more than the regular TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) unit does, as it has 4 modes of useage rather than just 1. The unit is easy to use, easy to adjust and is more affordable than the 'Medical Grade' unit (which requires a prescription to obtain) - although it is vary near medical grade if you compare them side by side (which I have done).
