What is it?

Why should we use it?
Chronic and degenerative diseases, many of which haven't been heard of before are increasing at alarming rates. Diseases such as crohns, colitis, gastritis, diverticulitis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome are quickly becoming common names to us. Our modern lifestyle, consisting of over-processed and refined foods, chemical additives, lack of beneficial bacteria in our foods, chemical farming & chlorinated water, pesticides & herbicides and overall bad diet is responsible for a lot of the build-up of mucoid plaque in the colon. This plaque adheres to the colonic walls in layers creating a warm dark moist environment, a perfect breading ground for bacteria, Candida (yeast) and parasites. What should I expect from it?
Some people who begin on a colon cleansing routine experience some gas and bloating. This occurs when the detoxifying herbs and fibers present in Capracleanse "stirs" the intestinal "compost pile" that creates heat and gas. Capracleanse contains herbs known to sooth and counteract gas, bloating and cramping, such as: Slippery Elm Bark, Marshmallow Root Powder, Rosemary Powder and Fennel Seed Powder.
What else can I do to enhance cleansing and detoxification?
Drink plenty of pure water. Drink at least eight 8oz glasses of pure water a day. Water helps flush toxins from the body to prevent re-absorption. Reduce your intake of red meat during initial cleansing, usually the first 90 days. If available have some freshly squeezed green juices to add enzymes and assist in greater absorption of nutrients from the "live" foods that make up the juice. Decrease coffee consumption, as well as sugar and certain carbohydrates. Be sure to eliminate 1 to 3 times per day, do not allow toxic matter to sit in the colon for prolonged periods of time. This can irritate the colonic lining and potentially cause toxic substances to re-absorb.
Suggested Use:Take three caplets upon rising in the morning on an empty stomach and three caplets upon retiring in the evening. For weight management take two caplets with each meal in accordance with a healty diet. Always take with at least 8 ounces of water or other non-carbonated liquid. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
